Every rain brings spring closer and closer lately. It feels all the colorless scenery is getting lively as spring approaches. Under the pandemic, we have been feeling the importance of human interaction more than ever the last 1 year. With this day of encounter coming around the corner, it would be a good idea to appreciate those good encounters with your family and beloved ones and to hope for new exciting encounters to come. Our pair of seasonal canelés for this month “Berry-Berry” and “Salty Nuts” are available from today, Monday, March 1st. Berry-Berry canelés are very fresh and full of berries. Dried cranberries are mixed in the strawberry dough that is decorated with framboise jam and cranberries. Salty Nuts canelés are with hazelnuts dough with macadamia nuts, walnuts and almonds mixed inside. They are decorated with hazelnut fondant with almonds on top. Enjoy the roasted aroma and the texture of the 3 kinds of nuts.

一雨ごとに春めいてまいりました。どこかもの寂しげだった景色が春の色に彩られて、賑やかな気配を感じます。3月2日は「出会いの日」だそうです。「3(ミー)2(ツ)」と出会いを意味する英語meetsの語呂合わせから制定されたそうです。人と関わることの大切さを身に染みて感じたこの1年、「出会いの日」をきっかけに友人や家族や恋人との出逢いに感謝し、新しい出会いに期待したくなる春です。3月の季節のカヌレは「ベリーベリー」と「ソルティーナッツ」が本日3月1日(月)よりお目見えです。「ベリーベリー」はいちごの生地の中にクランベリーを入れ、自家製のフランボワーズジャムとクランベリーをのせたベリー尽くしのさわやかな一品です。「ソルティーナッツ」はヘーゼルナッツの生地のなかにマカダミアナッツ・くるみを入れ、上にヘーゼルナッツフォンダンとアーモンドをのせました。3種のナッツの香ばしさと食感をお楽しみください。
