Les canelés de saison |“Châtaigne” et “Épis de carotte”

    The autumn deepens day by day. Autumn leaves are coloring throughout Japan with red and yellow gradations. Japanese autumn leaves are said to be the most colorful and beautiful as there are numbers of broad leaved deciduous trees. It is often described as sparkly multicolored textiles. There is a big ginkgo avenue on Midosuji street which run through the heart of Osaka. The avenue are filled with more than 800 ginkgo trees in about 4 km. This golden colored street are absolutely breathtaking. It is a perfect season to take a walk from the north, business district to the playful south. Our pair of seasonal canelés for this month, “Chestnuts” and “Carrot Epice” are available from today, November 1st. Chestnuts canelés are with dough mixed with honey preserved chestnuts and decorated with honey preserved chestnuts and Mont Blanc cream. You can feel the Autumn in the rich flavor of chestnuts. Carrot epice canelés are decorated with cream cheese mixed with grated carrots and green raisin on top of the dough mixed with the grated carrot, cinnamon and rum preserved raisins. Please enjoy the tasty contrast between the sweet taste of carrots and the rum flavored raisins.
